6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the uuok1 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct — whether detected in real time or identified through retrospective review — will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and may be subject to further legal action where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
6.1 Prohibited Activities

7. Account Suspension & Closure

- Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity
- Suspected account compromise or unauthorised third-party access
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
- Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
- Prolonged inactivity (accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months)

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

7.2 Inactive Account Policy
